A murder movie quiet a sometime ago that somehow is a man murder his wife? or a woman that the police has no evidence to put him into jail and somehome the same charge cannot be charge twice but finally the ending is police make a trap that to let the man to kill the woman again in a hospital (even she is dead) and so that they can charge him murder this time and the movie end.

In this one the husband tries to kill his wife, she lies in the hospital on life support. The husband cannot be charged, he takes her wife off the life support, the wife dies, and this way there is a new criminal case against the husband.
