It is a movie that i have watched long ago. In that movie the creature or a like a ghostly man will be there. The leads in the movie go in to a underground dungeon or sewer something like that and discover some corpses. Then in a car chase they ran over that godly creature but it still gets to life and at a academy or some building the leads they hide because the it is blind but still gets discovered by that
“Jeepers Creepers” 2001 pretty sure.
