"I’m trying to find a horror movie I watched online years ago (probably around 2017-2019, but the movie itself may be older).
The movie was in English and was a horror/thriller. I remember the main character was a blond man with short hair (around ear length). At the beginning, his brunette ex-girlfriend comes to him and convinces him to join a competition with a money prize.
They register through a website, and I remember the website/logo had a swan-like symbol.
The competition takes place in an abandoned old mental hospital. There are around 6-8 contestants. Later it is revealed that most (or all) of the contestants had been patients in that same asylum in the past, including the blond main character.
A masked killer follows them through the hospital. The killer wears a clown-like mask and constantly whistles. The contestants try to escape by finding clues and solving codes in the hospital rooms.
Some scenes I remember:

A contestant (a curly-haired girl) had a history involving a screwdriver.

One contestant is killed by having their teeth pulled out one by one.

Another contestant is killed with a screwdriver being used to pin them to a wall.

There is a room/library/archive full of old patient files and books. The blond man and his girlfriend find the files. She uses a lighter to read something, then they talk and kiss.

There is also a scene with a piano and burning papers.
At the end, the blond man is found in an ambulance. He remembers his past in the asylum and it is revealed that he was actually the psychopath/killer.
I thought the title was something like “The Ring” (Halka), but that is not the movie.
