Horror or thriller movie, psycho family and forest

I’m looking for horror movie.

Some group of friends in the woods. Someone chases or kills them (?). One of them ends up in some desolate shack with a psycho family. They tell him that he must marry one of the daughters (?). I remember that the fleeing guy had a piece of facial skin torn off.
WHAT ME MEANS AT 20%: a British film, perhaps, because it had a similar vibe.
