A philosophy class. They do a social experiment where they live in a isolated place for a certain time. Everybody get assigned a role eg. chef. They do more runs of this experiment - in one they only have the essential roles to ensure physical survival but everybody’s mental health plummets; in the second one they have roles in drama, literature, art as well. i think in scenario they lock the teacher out of the building and leave him to die.
