So back when I was younger, I found myself watching a movie whilst staying at a hotel. It was a movie that I definitely should not have been watching. Anyway, the part of the movie I saw (before I couldn’t watch anymore) was a guy who was in a bar. The phone starts ringing and when he picks it up it dials 666 and transports him to hell, where his “girlfriend?” was there being tortured. Possibly on a road trip down American highway. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe “What dreams may come” apparently it won awards for how scary they depict the images of hell and people say how scary it is. It seems nice and cheerful until his wife kills herself and he goes looking for her.
