I saw part of this movie in cable back in 2002, the movie is in color, it’s a small town that is being evacuated, there’s a family with a young man I believe main character, then another family with a young woman, this both smile and seems to like each other, people started grabbing what ever belongings they can carry and all the people get in a train wagon there is no seats just the wagon floor, after a while everyone is laying down in the floor sleeping and the young man is staring at the young woman and viceversa the just smiling at each other there is another man in the wagon that notice this, and he takes his show off with his other foot and with his foot starts to reach the young woman private parts and the young woman lets him touch her with his toes the young guy can’t believe the situation. That’s all I remember
