This was a English movie I watched in the 90s, I remember there was a lady and she had a special necklace and she was bad. The movie was set in icy area I remember seeing icicles and she lived in a cave. You had to sit on.boat to get to this cave. That’s all I remember is anyone able to help me I would love to know the name of this movie
