Please help me find a horror movie I watched about twenty years ago. There is one specific scene I remember towards the end of the movie: A woman was hanging from the ceiling after being bound by her wrists, and then a deformed killer tries to stab her in the abdomen as she tries to swing herself out the way. She was wearing a crop top, so her mid-section was exposed. The killer was somewhat amused while aiming and waving the knife at her bare skin. From what I remember the physical appearance of the villain was similar to three fingers from wrong turn.

Thank you for your response. It was not anything kinky or erotic like bondage. This woman along with one other guy was fighting for her life in the movie, and the killer was deformed - much like the villains of wrong turn, Monster man( From the movie: Monsterman), or the villain of “The Prey 1983”. The genre was horror. I’m not sure about this, but according to my brother, the villain was referred to as The Carrier of a virus or something.
