I know the title of the movie author and date it was made but have no idea if it actually exists

I’ve been watching movies with weird world records but hit a roadblock. A movie called bugnight that was made in 1998 by someone named Kevin du Toit more info I tried googling it but all I could find was people discussing the record if you could find where to watch it or confirm it’s non-existance that would be great.

You can always ask Guinness themselves. Surely they know.
