I need help finding an animated movie from the late 90s to early 2000s. I don’t remember that many details or the name so I’m hoping someone on here can help. I do remember this.
The villain I believe is a woman that can control these black electric bands of fabric or just regular black fabric bands and the protagonists I believe were a family of four, the dad, mom, son, and daughter. They have these chunky metal gliding tech suits that have different color light stripes on each of the suits. And I think they either jump out of a building or a flying metal ship whenever they need to get the bad guy.
