Somewhere in the 2000s I saw a trailer for a horror movie, I only remember fragments:
A family (most likely, it’s a family) hits a deer on the road. The husband goes into the forest to check. After he returns, the camera focuses on him, then he turns around and the viewer sees that half of his face is gnawed off.
