I remember that the film is about a group of people in white or grey uniforms (I may be mistaken). I don’t remember who the main character is, I remember only how they get out of somewhere and see either the ocean or the sea in front of them. Perhaps in the film is the near future, or it’s not even the planet Earth. Maybe there were some kinds of creatures in the film, most likely they were invisible and when they walked on the ground, they left their footprints.

‘The Island’, maybe? That didn’t have creatures…so perhaps ‘After Earth’ ?
