In the movie you see a lady (possibly blonde) running through an abandoned city and eventually she reaches a massive body of water which is in the city and she puts her hand in the massive body of water and scoops out water and washes her face and tries to drink it but then a big grey looking monster thing emerges and grabs her and pulls her in. Its a big monster and grey.
