I clearly remember only one scene, where main character in at a party and starts seeing things. He has a meltdown and starts screaming. Next shot he is in bed at his apartment and his girlfriend is upset and doesn’t understand what happened. She realizes he has very high fever and starts cold bath. Their neighbors help bringing ice and put him in the bath. He starts screaming “You’re killing me!”
Also he halicunates at the train seeing monster like beings around.
