It was like 15 years ago there’s a tv series i don’t remember the name 
a boy lives with his family one day he realizes 2 little people in his room a man and a woman he scares but they don’t want to scare him they are good people live in the tubes around the home, the boy is getting used to live with them they make great friendship something like that

It was live action like Sonic The Hedgehog movie, probably in english i am not sure cuz i was watching dubbed version
