It starts with showing the scene of it being 1951.
A young boy came up to 2 other boys that were older. I think it was his father’s ball and he would get in trouble for losing it.
1 of boys hit the ball and it flew over the fence of a spooky looking house that looked abandoned.
The young boy went to get the ball that landed in front of the front door. The door opens and the ball rolled into the house and the boy tries to grab it with his body halfway in and halfway out of the house.
Just when he got his hand on the ball something or someone pulled him all the way in the house and the door slammed shut. The next scene is modern time and it doesn’t show anything of what might have happened to the kids or any investigation.
The movie then goes to modern day which I would guess to be 2000’s up to possibly 2022 to 2023.
I think the modern part of the movie starts with a film crew arriving at the house and they were going to either film a horror movie or possibly a documentary.
The house doesn’t look particularly spooky but I think the yard was grown up. It seemed to be in a small town and remember that there was pavement. There may have been a sidewalk in front of the house.
It definitely had an Indie feeling about it and there were no known actors that I recognized.
I’m sure I saw it on YouTube but it wasn’t properly identified as a horror movie. I looked for it in my history but it was missing because when I clicked the link it said it wasn’t available.
It’s definitely not the Sandlot..
Thats all I got to see. I’m hoping someone will recognize it from that brief description I have.

– VHS_LivesSome of description does sound the same however that is locked and I can't contact the person who posted it to see if they ever found the movie. It’s possibly the same movie but I only caught the first part like what I described.
