looking for a movie possibly early to mid 2000s all i remember is this normal guy (maybe) is being hunted and tracked by everyone who knows him including his neighbours and everyone seems lime they know nothing but they all secretly are trying to kill him for maybe a bounty or something cant really remember and he kills them back in self defence i think its not a very funny movie sort of a comedic back tone one one of his neighbours trying to kill him might be a bigger blond lady who sneaks intk his house but im probably wrong
