Looking for a movie my grand-daughter is requesting to rewatch

My grand-dughter is asking my daughter to watch a movie she saw a year or two ago but doesn’t know the name or the actors. It may or may not be kid appropriate. Here’s what we know:

Has a young girl with blonde hair who likes to wear pink. She has a brother, sister and a dad, and I think she said there is also a girl and a boy friend.

It is not:
Barbie
Legally Blonde
Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure
Mean Girls
Probably not “Endless love” either
Probably live action versus animated

Any ideas?

maybe one of the “americangirl” themed movies, “Kitt Partridge” or “Cloud 9”?

Thank you for the comments and ideas. My daughter was going to check into the American Girl (AG) movies tonight as my grand-daughter has been obsessed with AG lately so it's a possibility. I think the theme of "But I'm a Cheerleader" might be beyond what my daughter would have allowed her daughter to watch, but I've passed the info along to her anyway. Also suggested she look into "Pretty In Pink" since my daughter is a huge fan of the '80's John Hughes movies and it's possible my grand-daughter saw that at some point.
