I remember walking in on this movie my mom was watching partway through when I was quite young, I know it was sometime before 2011 but the movie itself could have been much older. I only saw one scene that I may not be remembering perfectly – from what I remember, a woman was in a hospital overnight (or possibly a sleep study clinic?) and got out of her bed when she heard a noise. She ended up in a bathroom and saw found a dead body lying in the bathtub covered in vines, leaves, dirt etc. This then ended up being just a nightmare. My mom explained to me that the character was having reoccurring dreams about her mother, who died in some kind of natural disaster, possibly a flood or a hurricane. Sound familiar at all?

Nah it was older than that. I remember this movie coming out. The one I'm looking for was probably early-mid 2000s, possibly earlier.

Was it horror? American, European, Asian?
– mimiko33I have no idea...I remember thinking about it later on and assuming it was Japanese based on the general aesthetic/type of horror imagery used, but really I don't know. I don't even know how big of a plot point the dead mother dreams was, just that it came up in this particular scene.
