so there been this movie that i been trying to find for a long time but cant find it. must be a kids movie i probably watched it in the 90’s dont remember what age.
so i think it started with this beach were i think one girl and one boy (could have been 2 boys and one girl) well i think they found a body on the beach and pushed it(might not have been a body but something) over and found a passage under it and climbed down the latter (back ground was just a back sky and wight stars) and when they got to the bottom there was a city. with house, streets(usa suburbs white picket fence) and was at night. then a guy that looked like a green lizard with a black leather jacket on introduce him self. i dont remember much in between but at some point this ghost was chasing them and i think were in a sewer and the kids found a shelf with a flash light (the big one with the big battery) and they shined it at the ghost and it went away. but then they had to get back to the later for some reason and they were trying to remember what street it was on showing street names. thats about all i can remember.
there are movies of underground city’s and the lizard guy and a passage under a bed (little monsters) but thats not the movie.
i saw it on tv Canada bc if that helps at all…
