May have been a BET original or made for TV movie. A group of friends (either childhood or college) come together because 2 of the friends are getting married. Story is told mostly from the point of view of one friend who is a lesbian and is a journalist or radio host. The groom cheated with one of the friends and the bride cheated with one of the women as well.

No the movie I'm thinking of wouldn't have been in theaters. It was more than likely a made for TV movie or a BET original. And I don't think any of the actors or actresses were very prominent.
