I viewed this film in the 80s or 90s.
Man fights a person in a bird or animal suit that is similar to a suit that a football or a baseball team mascot would wear. I remember it being a duck suit.
The person in the duck suit has an advantage initially over the man. At some point during their fight, the man peers past the visor of the duck suit and sees the eyes of a woman.
The man eventually bests her. I think he knocks her onto a conveyer belt and she goes through some machinery that eventually tears away her mask / duck suit headpiece.
