I think it was on the 70-80s maybe early 90
It starts in heaven with many kids and babies waiting for their turn to be born and sent to earth

2 small kids holding hands and cry
The main character asks why they cry, someone explains , their time to be born is not synced so they will not meet on earth

It bothers my mind for so long
Please help me find it
