Looking for the name of a short movie, part of a larger horror anthology.
The KEY details are as follow: a person is holding several people captive. the thing that is similar about his captives is they all have this special power where when they drown, they come back to life. So the killer uses the drug scopolamine (I think?) to induce a sort of trance where the victims are very complacent, and he experiments on them by drowning them nightly, then bringing them back to life. but because of the drug, they don’t remember any of this so the killer keeps doing it.
