When I was younger I saw this animated film, one of those you’d buy at the dollar store so not a major studio like Disney. It was maybe a foreign film, I don’t remember if there was speaking, or what language.
Animation style
The animation reminds me of the old Brats style, just a bit more polished and glossy.
Scenes I remember
I remember one scene where the girl, main character, buys a (pink?) blanket from a market stand. I think the guy who sold it to her was the evil wizard/antagonist. She goes to the forest to lay on it but it was enchanted so she falls asleep. The blanket starts to rise and float her to someplace.
I also remember a scene where the girl was trapped in a cage of ice spikes, like in Frozen.
I also think it had some fairies, flying in the evil wizards palace.
Please… Not being able to find this movie is eating me alive.
