I viewed part of this show in the late 80s and early 90s. I remember only a few details of this film.
I remember that the characters wear white and in some cases, wear a cape.
The other characters are suggested to be the bad guys and wear darker or more drab clothing.
The good guys seem cleaner and better groomed; the bad guys seem less groomed.
In one scene: a woman is in room, possibly a cell. A man walks in; she trips him. As she seeks to overpower and pin him to the ground, it seems she recognizes him. They work together from that point.
