The movie I’m looking for is a foreign film - possibly French? Spanish? I saw it about 15 years ago so it was filmed before 2010. A man lives in woman’s apartment with her without her knowing. I remember him hanging up a wet towel that she left on the bed (a habit of hers I think). Both of them reading in different rooms but woman is unaware of him. I’m pretty sure it’s not a horror film.
