The movie I’m looking for is a foreign film - possibly French? Spanish? I saw it about 15 years ago so it was filmed before 2010. A man lives in woman’s apartment with her without her knowing. I remember him hanging up a wet towel that she left on the bed (a habit of hers I think). Both of them reading in different rooms but woman is unaware of him. I’m pretty sure it’s not a horror film. Thanks for any help!

3I’m pretty sure the woman lives alone and goes out to work daily. Not sure how the man starts living in her apartment but he kind of cleans up after her when she leaves.
