This was a movie about a group of young people making a movie. A group of young filmmakers are in a house in the woods making an experimental horror movie. It jumps back and forth between the past, present, and the published film they made. There is a scene where a woman’s eye is gouged out and a major plot point is figuring out if this was real or not. One of the characters goes missing. A lot of it is black and white but I think it’s a fairly recent film.
I think the lead actress was blonde with short buzz cut hair, but the “director” of the movie within the movie May have long dark hair. There are also a couple of guys in the movie but I can’t remember what they look like.
