I saw this movie about year 2009-2015. I think it was animated, might also be just a regular movie.
There is a witch/evil lady who turns a girl into a goose/duck or swan. The girl might be a princess. The witch lives in a small shack/house that looks like it is about to break down. The girl follows her to the shack, goes inside and from the inside it looks like a castle. Very high ceiling and big room.
I think the girl was trying to speak with humans but noone understood her except maybe one guy?? Or maybe another animal?
The house from the inside is engraved into my memory but I cant seem to find this movie anywhere.
There is also a variation of the Grimms Fairy Tale: Little Longnose [2003]
in which the Princess, Greta, is turned into a goose by a witch, for her disrespect.
This one is animated.
