I don’t remember much about this movie, I just remember that the main character had a weird voice, and he was always trying to make things but they would blow up in his face, sometimes literally. It was live-action. I only remember one scene where he’s crawling through the mud. I know it’s not much to go on, but I would appreciate any help to find this movie.
