A teen girl runs away from home and meets a man and his nephew, they fall in love and then he holds her hostage in a hotel/motel room, she then finds a kitten and he lets her keep it, police sourround the building and he has his gun pointing out the window, he then lets her go and she returns to her family and watches him get arrested on the tv and he mouths I love you to her through the tv. I think the movie is from the 80s or 90s but I’m not sure.
