I never saw this movie in its entirety. I only remember one scene. A group of people are trying to figure out a way to kill a giant monster that feeds off electricity. One guy suggests shooting it with a beam, but that beam is electrical and not likely to hurt the monster. People argue against this plan. The guy decides to go ahead anyway, and the rest of the ppl watch him do it. It fails, and he is killed. Then a young kid comes up with an idea to fight the monster with something magnetic. That’s all i remember. It was a random tv movie that i saw in the early 1990s.
