its a movie about a woman who moves in a new apartment…the building looks old.she becomes friend with her neighbor who falls in love with her and starts stalking her through the walls i think…at some point he puts sleeping pills in her wine and leaves the apartment till she is asleep then he
undress her in underwear…after this i remember a scene where she was running from him and she defended herself with a nailgun
