I can’t remember the name to this movie I watched maybe a year or 2 ago. What I remember is that a woman’s home is near forclosure and she is bitter about it. So she makes her new neighbors lives miserable. There is a scene where this woman uses her own feces as lawn fertilizer to piss off her neighbors. They constantly argue with each other and ultimately ends in the new neighbor shooting the foreclosure neighbor on their lawn because of the distress they caused.
