This movie was made after 2000 maybe after 2010. It was about a blonde male fbi/cia agent who goes undercover in a criminal group. The group had their own religion or smth and they had a plan of 7 (if i remember) crimes in a specific order. They where doing extreme sports in those such as surfing big waves, climbing on mountains, snowbording (where one of them died) etc. One day he falls in love with a girl froum that group, and tell her who he is. He started to enjoy those guys and became friends with them. The movie ends with their boss trying to surf on the biggest wave ever.
