It’s a drama and the main character cares for the child of a woman (I think the mother is an addict or has mental issues) and when the babysitter sees the conditions the little girl is living in, she takes her and tries to give her a better life and run away with her. The movie ends with her having to give the little girl back to the mother and I’m pretty sure the name of the movie is the name of the little girl. I thought it was Tabitha but it wasn’t.
