I’m looking for the title of an old, period, color film, maybe of the '70ies, maybe from the eastern o central Europe, set in the eastern o central Europe, probably in the nineteenth century, speaking about a soldier who is mortally injuried in battle, falls on the groud, but before dying remerbers the most pleasant, enjoying moments of his life: good meals, avventures with women, and so on. I remember it was very fine, and like to see it again.

1It doesn’t fit all details, but could it be “Johnny Got His Gun”?
I thank you so much. No, Johnny Got His Gun is a BW movie, set in the twentieth century, and it unfolds in a hospital room. The film I'm searching instead unfolds right on the battle field were the soldier is fallen, it's a color film, set in the nineteenth century. Nothing about his physical problems is shown, cause the movie shows immediately the activation of his fantasies, his flashbacks.
– SembianteI understand. Yes, Johnny has black-and-white scenes, but the fantasies are in colour, and it is set at the very beginning of the 20th century, so I thought there is a slim chance of it being the film. Good luck with finding it
– StjepanJust one question. Was the whole film composed of his memories or it was just a small part (for example, the ending)?
