Uncertainty elements: takes place at the beginning of the film, a film or serie with a spirit who torments people about their greatest fear, I think it’s a businessman in a suit on the phone , maybe hallucinating and he’s not really on the edge of a roof, when he finds himself at the top of the roof some thirty stories up, he drops his briefcase and his tie flies in the wind

– mimiko33Sorry to answer so late, I saw this between 2003 - 2012, on TV in France, but it wasn't a French film, it was English ( american or not ) and dubbed in French. I would say that the visual quality resembled a B movie, like the first seasons of series like Charmed or Supernatural, cant remember about actors
– lewiswas the fear killer a spirit or a person? did it ever go to a carnival, haunted house/mansion or asylum? a couple fear killer movies have existed. any other deaths/kills you remember?
