I was around 8-10 when I first saw it … I don’t remember much but I do remember the movie starting with a car driving though out a tunnel and an empty town , something killed the entire town and if I remember correctly the national guard was attacked too , I remember some of the characters wearing a type of astronaut suits or hazmat suit and the helmet broken… I don’t remember much but I think the movie is around mid 90…
