Movie i watched back in 2018, it was an older movie like maybe early 2000’s or even 1990’s. All i remember was.
-like a homicide team or detective team standing outside a apartment building, after the situation happened.
- old apartment building all dark wood and bannisters inside.
- someone chasing i think it was a girl, trying to kill her in the building, pretty sure it was a guy.
- main character like detective had like red hair.
