A film about a brother and sister trying to find about their parents deaths I think and they find themselves at a hotel and they find out its a trap and the hotel owner has to collect a certain number of souls to get free but he dies(I think the siblings kill him) and the siblings made the deal with the demon(he was working there as a Repairman) and the sibling made the deal with the demon(?) now the sister is running the hotel. And the brother had like very light(maybe even white) hair.
