I am trying to identify a movie I saw years ago. As far as I remember, the protagonist slleps with a lady who has sex with all of his friends, but she claims him to be the only clumsy one that impregnated her. He accepts to recognize him/her as his child, but the baby turns out to be black, and they are both white, so the father is another friend of him.
There is a marriage, with a beautiful lady who is not very smart. In a scene she asks him about his hygienic situation before starting to perform oral sex. He falls in love with another lady, and the wife betrays him with his drug-addicted friend in a house in front of a lake.
The protagonist shoots his friend by mistake and the body disappears in the lake
