Movie or short about a burger restaurant having the worst day

I remember seeing a movie somewhere around early 2000 about a fast food restaurant in a typical American city where they had a promotion ran by the mother brand, where some burger boxes had a coupon inside that awarded a free burger. By chance, all of the prized boxes (that should have been distributed by the chain restaurants all over the country) end up in the featured restaurant, unbeknownst to the restaurant staff.
Chaos quickly ensures, with people demanding free burgers, one after the other, an ever increasing crowd, overwhelming the restaurant staff. Amidst the chaos, the cook does cocain to cope with the stress.
