It’s a foreign movie, i think it’s in spanish, made after 2010.
It’s set in a rural area, a girl gets pragnent and runs away from home. Befriends a guy that knows a kind of medicine man that can help her abort the baby. At some point the medicine man is killed by some teenage outlaws.
