Movie where people killed and age fast

This is a movie my fiancee can’t find and the only info she’s given is the following
The movie is relatively old like 10 or 20 years old
And it has something to do with a science experiment.
People die fast when they extract blood or given a sirum or something.
And they get wrinkly or older.
If some hero could know what this is, i’d be so grateful

This sounds a lot like the movie M Night Shyamalan did called “Old” but that is from 2021. I wonder… did M Night rip off the idea from “Life in a Day”?
