Yet, I can’t find the exact episode. You’d think russian improv videos would be easy to find on youtube…

Why I’m still not 100% sure? Because in this picture, you can see people’s heads. It could be a live studio audience, or it could be a tiny improv theatre. The bad lighting also insinuates theater, not a TV production:
