I think this movie isn’t particularly old, from what I can remember some young people maybe two girls and two boys are travelling in somewhere like the deep south and their vehicle breaks down from what I remember the local hillbilly pulled up and so chasing one of them boys into the woods and killing him goes back and knocks the other lad out leaving the two girls who he proceeds to tie up in his farm building It has the feel of the Texas chainsaw massacre type film who then cages and tortures both girls even getting one of them pregnant and going full term while of course the local deputy is part of the crazy family and there is a huge mental case in dungarees that lurchers aboutAs well

There's a lot of "hilbillies killing travelers along the road" style slasher movies out there...first thing I thought of was "Wolf Creek", though that's set in Australia so idk
