Name of a Ray Milland (I think) movie

The only scene I remember is the character Ray Milland (I think) played is walking through a train and repeating a two word phrase which sounded like “hinee minoosh “. It may have been a comedy of sorts. I don’t remember anything else or any other characters but this scene stuck with me. I just saw The Major and the Minor and that wasn’t it. Any help would be appreciated.
