Sorry if the description of the movie is bad!!
Theres a woman who had a trauma as a kid where her father was really violant to the whole family, she got saved by a police man, and basically fell in love with him as a kid. Now that shes an adult shes still getting therapy. But at the same time when shes home she imagines people (her father and family from back then) arguing in her house at night. Shes also imagining that shes married to the man that saved her back then and also has an actual real kid.
Theres some other things happening then but i cant really describe well so sorry.
